Postage
- Standard UK shipping £3.00 via Royal Mail 2nd class (UK Mainland only). This service normally takes between 2-5 working days once dispatched.
- Orders above £35.00 will be shipped free of charge.
- Orders placed on bank holiday or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
- Please note that on days of planned Royal Mail strike action delivery will be subject to delays. We apologise for any inconveniences.
- All orders can be paid for with Apple pay, paypal, Credit or Debit Card
- Orders will be delivered within the UK only.
Returns Policy
We sincerely hope you enjoy your handmade skincare product. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your order with a valid confirmation invoice within 30 days purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs. We are unable to accept any returns where the tamper proof warranty seal is not intact.
We will do our best to refund you within 5 days of receipt. As well as the confirmation invoice please also include your reason for return.
